Please read our terms and conditions before making any purchases.

At BOOM WHOLESALE LTD, we are happy for the customer to return items for exchange, store credit or full refund. 

We do NOT pay any return postage under any circumstances; this must be paid for by the customer.

SHIPPING POLICY

UK CUSTOMERS DELIVERY 

 

For our UK Deliveries, we use Parcelforce, DPD, & DHL all next working day courier service which is fully tracked and requires a signature. 

After your order is placed, it usually takes 2-3 days for us to package your order from our textile recycling factory.

If your order is dispatched Monday to Thursday, you should receive it the next working day and if it is dispatched on Friday, you will receive it the following Monday. 

Once your order has been paid and booked our courier will text you with your tracking number and a delivery time, so provide us with your mobile number when placing your order.


EUROPE CUSTOMERS DELIVERIES

 

For European countries, we use our DHL, PARCEL FORCE & DPD and other logistic or pallet courier service which usually takes between 3-6 working days for delivery. 


 

WORLDWIDE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES 

 

For our International Air shipments, we use FEDEX or DHL courier service which takes approximately 7-10 working days for delivery. Logistic & shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to any goods whilst in transit.

If you require your goods to be insured for loss or damage, this can be added for an additional charge so please advise us of this when placing your order
 

We currently send our international orders as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

 

Sales within the EU – With the UK now having left the EU it is the buyer’s responsibility to check what import customs & duties charges may apply to them i.e eori no.

Each country within the EU will have a different set of customs rules so please double check before purchasing, because we cannot be liable for any charges.

We wholesale stock to other companies who should be registered to claim VAT in their individual country.

Sales outside the EU – It is the buyer’s responsibility to check what import customs & duties charges may apply to them.

RETURNS POLICY

Please note – We are a wholesaler and only aim to sell to limited companies or sole-traders for re-sale. This does mean that the usual consumer law doesn’t apply to us as that would be a business to consumer transaction. 

  • We offer a 7 DAY return window starting from the date of purchase. Any return requests outside this period will be rejected.

  • UK and EU/International returns are paid for by the customer and the initial postage paid is non-refundable.

  • We recommend that returns are sent tracked because until we have signed for the goods, they remain the buyer’s liability.

  • Returns can only be approved if the customer can show that they are the items purchased from Boom, videos or photos will be acceptable.

  • Please allow for 5 working days after we’ve signed for the return for the refund to be processed by our accounts department.

  • You can exchange your item for something else featured in our online store or receive store credit to the value of your original purchase, excluding shipping costs.

  • All returned items are thoroughly checked and have to be deemed accountable before we can send the refund. We will be in touch with you if we feel there are issues with the return.

  • Any issues with missing stock or stock products not being correct should be stated to us within 24 hours after delivery is signed for.

  • Any concern with stock landing late or stock not being delivered should be communicated to us within 14 days after this, as stock will not be refunded.

Customer satisfaction is of prime importance to us we will endeavour to resolve any disputes.

Although we rarely have returned items or any disagreements with customers, and in most cases any disputes can usually be settled in the form of store credit or on any future purchases

GRADING

At BOOM we sell the highest quality vintage clothing, we have a qualified trained team specifically grading items for the vintage retro market.
 

BOOM is a major contributor to the circular economy, collecting sorting, recycling textiles nationwide.
 

You will find if you buy from other wholesalers, they tend to import all their stock from overseas which is very inefficient with high Co2 emissions, and takes the whole meaning away from being sustainable.
 

Sometimes we do come across pieces that have slight defects, but our experienced team feel the piece is still unique enough to go through the grading process. Our team also carefully grade and remove non authentic, damaged or lower grade items, however sometimes we do come across pieces that have slight defects, but our experienced team feel the piece is still quality enough to go through the grading process.
 

i.e, a 90s adidas white label sweatshirt that may have a small stain or blemish or hole which we will keep in as they will go for RRP between £60 - £120

BUYING

We do not offer handpicking.
 

We feel it would be too unfavorable to our boxes, with all the cream being picked out. 
 

On the positive side this does mean that all our boxes are jam packed with vintage Boomin itemS!
